We are always here for you, and especially now when you might need us more than ever. There is no doubt that this health crisis is causing so many of us to feel more anxious and fearful.. School re-openings, job loss, cancelled weddings, cancelled trips, social distancing and financial stress etc. has us worried not only about our physical health but the effect it has on our mental health. You've gotten through many hardships before. You are strong and resilient and we know that you can get though this too. We care about all of our clients and we want to help you get through these unprecedented times.

We are continuing to offer you counseling; however for your protection all our sessions will be done virtually or by phone.

Lockdowns are ending because in certain areas cases are lower, testing has increased and life in permanent lockdown isn't sustainable.
